With just a few days until the big game, we picked our fan favorite wines that will pair perfectly with your party snacks!
During the video, Garret mentioned his favorite "Eagle Wings" recipe, which I promised to share on our blog. Here it is, straight from Garret's phone.
EAGLE WINGS:
8 Turkey wings- marinate with 1 jar green curry paste overnight
2qt pork fat
Put turkey wing in a baking dish and cover with pork fat. Then cover with foil and put in oven at 250 for 2 hours (until fork tender)
Hot sauce: 1 bottle green hot sauce, 4oz butter, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon apple cider. Spoon sauce over wings.
